Kimberley Simon | Chief Operations Officer

Kimberley Simon is our Chief Operations Officer.  As Rick’s partner in marriage and business for over 30 years, Kim is the behind the scenes person who keeps our family owned business organized with caring, compassion and attention to detail. She is responsible for human resources, finance, compliance and public relations.

Mike Grossman | General Manager

Inspector and General Manager Mike Grossman is a retired Assistant Fire Chief with nearly 30-years of experience as a firefighter, inspector, educator, and investigator.  Mike is very detailed and his experience is unique to the home inspection industry, we are very pleased to have him on board.
